Before Stephen Spielberg made the movie Disclosure, a real U.S. nuclear weapons officer wrote the book that could have been the outline for Spielberg’s movie. Gene P. Abel was a member of the nuclear release authority and was responsible for tactical nuclear warheads while assigned to an 8” howitzer battalion in Germany during the mid 1960’s. He knows what actual highly classified military operations look like and is a graduate of the Army War College – and he brings that rare, unmatched authenticity to his documentary, ARE THEY OUT THERE?

Why did Colonel Abel write this book? To sift through the mountains of evidence and sightings to present a comprehensive look at the most credible information while alerting the reader to the misinformation about UFOs. The book begins with evidence from thousands of years ago, an incident before Roswell in 1940, Roswell, sightings after Roswell, and the 2023 hearings before Congress. He also used his military training to prepare a military analysis of what we might face when direct Alien contact takes place that can no longer be denied.

This book will provide a wealth of credible information to stimulate the reader’s desire to learn more about one of the most dynamic revelations ever.
